Customized Parcels: Please note that customized products, specifically manufactured for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.

The TrueClassics.net reserves the right to refuse returns if a product does not meet the standards of our return policy.
Important note: Consumers do not need to pay restocking fees for their first return. If a second return is initiated for the same order, the customer will be charged a restocking fee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- b) What are the reasons why you are requesting a refund?
- c) If there is damage, please attach clear photos.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on your payment method, your refund may take up to 14 business days to process and reflect in your account.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
